Friday is my day off with my little girl. We have been going to swimming lessons since she was 5 months old and she absolutely loves it. It's a great opportunity to learn important safety skills as well as to enjoy the water. Before we started going I used to be nervous about going under water but now the lessons have made me more confident too!
